I seriously think 99% of the world's problems is with people taking things too far (aka. "extremism").

Whether its grand political ideals like socialism and capitalism, social stuff like feminism, and even individual traits like "being a jerk", the bad apples are always the extremists.

Example is feminism - perfectly acceptable in moderation (right to vote, no stonings), but then all the feminists take things to the extreme and start attacking men for no reason.
And hey, even "being an alpha male" is a good idea, except most guys seem to think you have to beat people up for coming 10 inches near you.

Its always the guys/girls who cross the line that always ruins it for everyone else.

What, you're all about equal rights for witches? Stoning has to be acceptable.

It's easier

It's just easier to think in "black & white" terms. Faulty, common "logic" says if something's good, more of it is better.

It's much more difficult to see all the colors of the spectrum, and exercise judgment.
