I have the same problem. It's called hyperhydrosis or something like that. Just use some more deodorant and try to stay cool. If it's really bad you can have surgery to correct it I believe.

You need a deodorant that contains aluminium chloride - you should be able to get some from your local pharmacy. Ask at the counter and they should be able to help.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

You should drink some apple cider. What you should do is mix it with something cause it taste pretty bad. One cup a day should do, you will see you won't sweat as much.

I have a friend who has that similar problem. Like posted above, I think they have surgery for that.

There is a possibility that your sweating could be caused by an over-active thyroid gland - your doctor could rule that out for you with a simple blood test. (from www.netdoctor.co.uk/ate/skinandhair/206822.html)

U do sweat more as you're growing so try getting fitter with more regular exercise, losing weight & eating a healthy diet. ( from http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080614233639AAMaX0l)

Hope this helped :)

People with hyperhidrosis can suffer from excessive sweating under ANY conditions. It may have nothing to do with how you feel emotionally or even your body temperature. The sweating is caused by overactive sweat glands that you have no control over.. it sucks!

For sweaty hands, armpits, and feet there is prescription antiperspirant called "Drysol" thats works very well for some people. You apply the medicine at night just before you go to sleep. After several treatments, sweating should cease for up to a few weeks!

I have been using this solution for several years but am now considering surgery. The surgery is called "Endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy" and involves clamping the nerve connected to overactive sweat glands. The good thing about the surgery is that it is reversible. The clamp on the nerve can be removed. Side effects most often include recompensatory sweating which means that sweat may be rerouted to another part of the body. However, recompensatory sweating is just a possibility. If the operation is 100% successful, you may be lucky enough to not have any recompensatory sweating and you will sweat regularly like someone without hyperhidrosis.
