I notice that when I wake up in the morning I look my slimmest. At the end of the day I look bigger than I did hours ago. This happens everyday Im no where near how I look at the end of the day when I look at myself in the morning. Are there foods that are causing this and what can I do to prevent or treat this?
Im also starting to drink lots of water a day, this would help flush out the stored water in my body.
