Assuming both have good self-esteem and can maintain good conversation, have good body language and etc

A really loud person constantly making funny remarks (either stupid or not), or at least trying too, and basically trying to act as the clown of a group and that tries to make everyone laugh (loud-mouth basically), or

A person that's more calm, detached, that can make smart/funny remarks at the appropriate time but doesn't talk much and isn't loud and basically not attracting all the eyes towards him.

Edit: It's a pretty subjective question to ask. But speaking out of experience, from what you've seen before would you know which tends to attract more girls? or is it really too hard to tell?

It varies. If both of the people you described were confident and outgoing enough, they would both be attractive to a decent amount of women...but which is "more attractive" will vary from girl to girl.
