i met this chick about a month ago and bumped into her again last week and talked for a while but i didn't listen to my gut instincts to leave while things were good and ended up not p*ssing off and stuck around too long and she got annoyed.

basically i did very well up until that point and turned into an afc the last 5mins of the time i was with her..

what would you suggest is the best way to approach her next time i see her?

1. go straight up to her and chat but be brief and leave.

2. say hey from a distance and wait for her to come up to me later (if she does)

3. smile from a distance so that she knows you acknowledge her but dont go up to her and talk and make her wonder why he's not coming up to chat like he did before.

1. could backfire if i dont do it well cos she might have in her head 'oh no hes going to come up to me and disturb me again for too long' so will be on the defensive..

what is the best way really to handle situations like this?

I read somewhere on here that its better to act interested at first then back off and play it cool to make her wonder why and be a challenge rather than her frigging lapdog everytime you see her.

how much should i ease up?

given that i came on strong last time i really need to cool it and be more of a challenge.

1 is good.. but given the way i left it last time its risky cos her first thought would be 'oh no he's going to disturb me again..' instead of 'why hasn't he come up to me and talk like he usually does?'

i'd say any one of those 3 would be right but it really depends on the situation and circumstances.

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
2 and 3 are not approaches.

If you do #1 and she does not respond well, leave and find a girl who can appreciate your company. ;)

would not 2 and 3 work better because it makes you more of a challenge?

i.e. why isn't he coming up to me to talk like he ususally does?
