Enough is enough! Time to get to where I want to be. Im 26, attractive, and weight 178lbs. I always wanted to work out for all the wrong reasons....get chicks, look amazing, but mainly ...chics!! I now have changed my entire view of thinking. My sole purpose to "hit the gym" is for myslef.
I want to FEEL good more so than looking good. I know that if i can feel better about myself physically those other things will come in time, but the most important thing is my OWN personal view on life. The issue is were to start.....
Ive had gym memberships and stop going after ex amount of time..
when i do go to the gym i feel like i dont know if im doing it right and its a waste of time.
I cant always make it to a gym..so how do i use my time efficiently.
what should i be eating or not be eating to help me achieve my goal.
All these things play a vital role in what im trying to accomplish. Im just rying to "cut" up a bit, nothing drastic, but i dont want to feel llike its a waste of time. Any advice will be well recieved.
