Hey people ive been doing good with the cutting part thanks to diesel Anyways i want to know if there are any ways or exercises or whatever to be able to see my jaw outline.
If your bodyfat is low, the chinfat will disappear. Also before you start gritting your teeth, talk to your dentist, cause you may f*ck them up by doing this. I tend to grit my teeth in my sleep, and have had countless dentist bills over that sh!t
solid said "I developed jaw muscle by pressing my fist against the side, mouth slightly open, I've pushed so hard on times thats ive nearly bust my jaw so be careful. It's hard to explain. also when i buy pints of milk I tend to bite on the plastic part which is on it to seal freshness. I chew on that. but I trained my jaw sooo much a few months back that I overdeveloped it."
this is the predominant method
i've been chewing hard on a bit of paper for a minute, 3times a day. i actually have jawline now, but i want a better one, so i'm gonna keep on going with these exercises
LOL guys - if a dude has a short chin - i.e. his actual jaw BONE is short and receding - having the bodyfat of a balsawood termite isn't going to make his chin 'grow out' or look stronger. Just wanted to break the news to you. But if it's just a big layer of fat and grease it's hiding under, exercise will obviously do the trick.
I got a chin implant last year (cosmetic surgery), did wonders for my profile, facial balance and jaw line. Cost me about $2000 and recovery time was a few days. I was back @ work in 3 days.
Another plus: a bigger chin makes your nose look smaller, b/c its all about proportion.

Only kidding, quite brave of you to post actually. Good for you if it's done the trick.
There's a lot of research to suggest a weak chin is a real disadvantage over and above aesthetics.
Men are unconsciously treated by others as weak if they have a weak chin.
Your surgeon probably explained proportion is everything.
People who go in and say I want such and such's nose, chin etc. just doesn't work. A very subtle nose job for instance can totally transform someone and nobody knows why.
