Just would like to get an idea of where most of the guys in here train, and what physical activity/sports they're involved with in addition to working out...

for me:

- work out at a few gyms (a couple of commercial gyms and the University gym). I'm a part-time personal trainer and also have a gym membership to another gym and also go to school fulltime...so I have the luxury of having access to many different facilities.
- Do stairs once in a while at the park.
- Train in the "dungeon" at the university (has mostly powerlifting and olympic lifting gear).

How about you?

My local Gym.

Anybody know of those "ghetto builders"?
They are those guys who can't afford a gym membership but instead just traing at parks and these guys are BUILT!

I remember seeing it somewhere.

Weightroom I set up in my basement. Soon I'll be working out at the college gym. Also proud to say that in a few days I'll be putting the finishing touches on an MMA facility.

I road cycle most streets in my town.
Sometimes I'll do Rosstraining's never gymless workouts inside or in the yard.

My Jr. College gym. Place is kind of small but it works. The price is great. It's regularly $20 which is the cost of one unit and it's good for the semester which is about 4 months. But since I get financial aid it's free!

I'm going to sign up for summer school and my only class will be the weight room :p

Where?
Commercial Gym mostly. (Fitness First)
Occasionally, I run in the suburbs and use the playground equipment at the park.

Sport?
Nothing real these days. Weightlifting is a sport I guess.
