Totally agree but for guys who have trouble attracting women, they're likely to wonder "where the F do I find a girl with high interest?".

Well, that isn't really the point. The point is that this girl isn't the answer. So you have to look elsewhere. Keep putting yourself out there and keep improving yourself. A girl with high interest will show up eventually.

i have a different opinion on this matter. i dont believe in this crap about finding a girl with high interest level. you are the one who controls her interest level. if you've done a good job attracting her from the first place her interest levels should be high. if her interest levels are low then you obviously screwed up somewhere. if the girl is not in a commited relationship, and she only "likes" someone is no excuse to next her. chicks change their minds all the time. most guys are lame and will screw up their chances. then she'll start liking someone else. take your chances, make your moves. go after what you want, every girl has a guy in her phone that she likes. why not make that guy be you? learn from your mistakes, but keep working on your attraction game. if there is one piece of advice i can give you its this. you'll have more success going too far than not far enough.

that might be your style, but i personally don't have the nerves to "induce" interest in a girl, since it's a pain in the a$$ to keep the interest level
a girl with high IL is easier to manage,though she is a bit harder to find
