When to call..again..

I met a cute girl on Friday at a party. I only knew the girl whose party it was, and so did she. We were chatting a fair bit, we swapped mobile numbers as part of a conversation on phones.
When I said goodbye she said for me to call her anytime to catch up.
So I tried calling yesterday (Tuesday) to ask her out on Thursday, but there was no answer.
I figure she either didn't want to pick up, or wasn't there.
With these days of caller ID, I was contemplating whether to even bother calling back again. She knew I called, if she was really interested she should call me or even sms to say sorry she missed me..
I was thinking about calling tonight (Wednesday)to ask out for tomorrow, and if no answer then I won't call again. But then tonight may make me look too keen.
Or else leave a few days and ask out for next week.
Or else not even call at all.
Thoughts?

That's why you ALWAYS ALWAYS block your caller id when you call a new girl. I usually call a girl a few days after # closing. If she doesn't answer then she'll never know who called and most likely be curious about who it was. Then you in essence have a "free phone call" when you call again. Block your caller id again and if she doesn't pick up, DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. Wait another couple days and call this time with your caller id showing. If she doesn't answer leave a message and casually tell her to call you back. Trust me if she's interested she'll call. If she's not, then NEXT!!

Here is a funny story

I have a friend who is Czech..he has been in america for 5 years

I finally hooked him up with this HB8..she was hesitant to give her # out..I convinced her he was a nice guy..she gave him her #


The following week..the czech got drunk and called her 12 TIMES in a NIGHT!!! she didnt pick up one time..he left like 6-7 messages

Im going to avoid/hide my face from this chick if I ever see her again

I even had to explain to my czech friend what "Stalking" was..he had a confused look on his face..apparently, they dont have stalkers in Czechoslavakia

Most people will not answer the phone if they dont recognize the #
