It's been about a month since I've started at the gym with a personal trainer and nutritionist and all that. This is the first consistant work out program I've ever done, I'm keeping it up for five days each week and about a hour and a half each day.
I have noticed two things so far:
1.) My energy level has gone up; by that I don't mean I have more energy at the end of the day but I'm just more vibrant than I normally would be
and...
2.) My sex drive has gone up; much like my energy level it's not like I have more frequent sexual feelings, instead I have
stronger sexual feelings when I do have them.
Actually that pretty much goes for all my "arousal" emotions; anger, excitment, etc. are all more intence when I experience them.
Is this normal, or am I finally coming unhinged? Has anyone else had this experience and how did it go for them?
If my sex drive keeps going the way it's going and getting stronger and stronger I'm gonna wind up raping someone. j/k But I can see it getting rather out of hand.
