When she doesn't answer...what do YOU do?

So I just called a girl and she didn't answer, but from what I experienced this is pretty common. So how do you guys handle it if she:

a) Doesn't call back
b) Calls back the next day


Personally if she doesn't call me back I will call her one more time during the week, then forget about pursuing her. And if she calls back the next day, I will try to make her qualify herself by asking her something like, "Your not one of THOSE girls are you?"

Oh, and I know what the DJ Bible and all the KBJ say, if she doesn't call you back she's not interested, but from my experience the MORE interested ones won't call you back, they like to play hard to get, which is annoying.

You've got the right idea. Give it some time and give her another ring. Your next move would depend on what happens next. If you don't hear anything, she goes down in your rotation. If enough time goes past she'll drop off your roster altogether.

If she doesnt call back, I would not call her again. She will see that she missed your call, so there is no excuse for not calling you back. Calling her a second time might come off as desperate.

if they call back, it just means they had nothing better to do.. and u can wow her and get her.. but at some point in her life, your gonna get hurt when someone walks into the room that really captures her attention (i.e. a guy that she would call back right away, not like you) and you will be ruined

Yea. It sucks, but sometimes you just have to delete those phone numbers off your cell phone or booklet if she doesn't return your calls after the first couple times you call. I do that so much with numbers. A lot of times, I feel they even have an expiration date on it.

Umm, if she doesn't answer, I drop a message and 3 days later I'll end up talking to her again.

personally i dont leave messages. that stuff is gay to me. y would i have to explain my reason for calling? if she's not a retard she'll get the idea.

i dont have this problem very often because i call when i know they will have a good chance of not being busy, like late night time.
but if they dont pick up it could be a number of reasons she didnt, it's not that she doesnt like u. but she will see that she missed a call if she has caller id ( and ur number isnt private) and if she doesnt call back or atleast give a reason as to y she didnt pick up, than she's probably not interested.
they do play hard to get sometimes, but if it becomes a habit than they arent interested.

Many guys wuss out and dont leave voicemails - the ones that do get noticed.

Never phone and not leave a message if she doesnt answer - it looks weak.

Hmm, I never leave messages, but now I agree with you, it probably is a good idea to leave a message, or at least it wouldn't hurt anything.

Oh, and I only called this girl once, she didn't answer, and still didn't call me back today. I'll probably call sometime next week because I'm too busy this week and I only had one day to hang out, which is now taken.

You need to leave a voicemail especially if its your first time calling her.

It reminds her of who you are. A lot of PEOPLE screen calls when a number they don't recognize pops up on their phone. I don't answer random numbers (it could be someone I don't want to talk to) so if they don't leave a message no call back. If they leave a message I plug that number into my phone and now know who it is when they call again.

I think this thread has potential.

How often do Women wait to call you back? Personally, I sometimes wait to call women back because I want 'give the gift of missing me.' So, it's a subtle game I might play. Perhaps Women are doing the same thing to us.

Do you really think a woman that likes you always calls immediately?

Do you think no call back the same day means no or little interest?

If she has a pattern of calling back a day or two later, it's a conscious thing she does and you have to work through that.

Exactly. If you don't hear back from her in a few day and you really are interested in her, call her a second time.

I would leave it for 3 or 4 days and try ONCE more...

If she dosnt answer or get back, then next her and dont give her another thought.

If she gets back in touch in the future i would take note of her behaviour, see if she is playing with you..

Then play her at her own game until she goes crazy..
