I'm heard a lot of different stufff about this. I've heard to take it in the morning and right after you lift, and I've heard to take it right before and right after you lift...What do you guys do?
You need to be eating protein all day. If you mean whey, you need it right after a workout, and a little right before. A recent study showed that guys who take the whey pre-workout made more hormones and whatnot. Pretty sweet.
