This video rebash every sh!t that we hear by "gurus" and sounds good at the moment but life doesn't follow a set of laws like it is suggested here.

This video is old man. Stuff like this is where your gurus stole all their info from. Take what you can from it, discard the rest. That's how this stuff works. If you have questions I think you should do research to solve them. That's how that works. Everything doesn't work for everyone, so use what works for you.
