After reading a really articulate post by another member, its inspired me to start this thread, to other members who may have a completely un related to women issue on their mind......

I'm having troble busting through some heavy procrastination. I go to work, come home, relax, go to sleep, repeat. I have a couple things to do, fix my bicycle wheel so I can ride, even work on a pretty decent business idea, as well as rewrite the resume and apply for jobs.

All I do is **** around, watch tv, play on the internet. PS3 isn't even hooked up, need to do that to even play it.

I need an old fashioned ass kicking, is what will work.

Last year I was working out a lot (squats, deads, cardio, etc.) and starting to look pretty good, started to gain strength and a tiny bit of definition, got down to about 175 (i'm 6ft) but then fell out of it and now im back to 185 and drink too much wine

so need to get back to it.
