What's going on?

G'day boys I try to refrain from asking questions like this, but this has really got me perplexed.

I asked a girl to the formal (like prom in australia) and she was really quite keen to go with me. But its strange look at these before's and after's.

Before i asked her to the formal:
- She took every chance she got to approach me
- The second i got on MSN messenger she would message me and if i didnt reply in 5 seconds she would be bugging me to reply.
- She was enthusiastic and friendly
After i asked her to the formal:
- She waits till i approach her to talk, this is weird she was walking right behind me and i hadnt seen her and she didnt say anything.
- Have to message her on msn messenger if i want to talk to her on there
- She doesnt seem as enthusiastic and friendly as before.

Kinda weird... any of u guys experienced something like this?

Who cares man? Why are you worrying about if she messages you online first or if she approaches you at school? You overanalyze things way too much man. Don't worry about it. Most high school girls can be quite immature, and some are very shy. Maybe she's nervous around you now cause she likes you and your showing her some signs of interest. Maybe not. Whatever it is, don't worry about it. You asked her to the formal, she said yes. Go with her to the formal and have a good time now. It's as simple as that man. Don't worry about all the insignificant bullsh*t.

It's possible that she doesn't see you as much of a challenge anymore. By asking her you pretty much out and out said that you are interested in her. I would make your move quickly, while she's still pretty interested.

Yeah, but i believe i am over analyzing the whole situation as engimatic said, i will probably just go to the formal and have a good time, i might make a move but im not sure if im interested.
