My chest is getting bigger and better shaped every month except the the left inner on the upper chest that is somehow a little behind the rest.
All exercises for inner or upper chest somehow stimulate more the right side, the only think I think can help is to use dumbbels or cables where any arm work singularly.
Inclined bench press and the normal bench press somehow make my right arm push more or simply I have my right shoulder a little anteriorized compared to the other so it does most of the work.
Dip are a great exercise for the chest and triceps but again it over stimulate my right side thus making it much great than the left one although the both grow.
Anyone has a similar problem or any idea?
