Eggs have a bunch of protein, but I can't eat them. So what might be a good substitute to eat in the morning?

Where do some of you morons come up with these questions? Are you kidding? You REALLY don't know what other foods have protein in them? Ever heard of a protein shake?

Funny.. I had to solve this myself as I ran out of eggs this morning and had to come up with somethign quick until I can hit the store later today after work.

Turns out with the eggs I use they are each 4g fat and 6g protein. With three eggs that comes to 12g fat and 18g protein. Doing the math, what I ended up doing is eating 1 tsb of ev olive oil (14g fat) and 1 scoop whey (23g protein for the protein I use) which is pretty close macronutrients numbers wise.

3 eggs:
12g fat
18g protein

1tsb evolive oil + scoop whey:
14g fat
23g protein

haha ever heard of beef, lamb, chicken, deer, pork etc.

Stake and veggies are a great breakfast, stir fry, chicken salad, oatmeal and whey protein with fruit, ground beef with tomato and zucchini.
