Okay, I need some advice as to what you (anyone) thinks is the best course of action for me.

I'm 235lbs, 5'11", I have insane upper body strength, great arm muscles, great leg muscles, but I have a chubby gut and flabby ass. What would be the best routine to equalize out my body? Basically I just want to look decently in shape, nothing extravagant.

Could you direct me to any thread that talks about the various worksouts / excersizes that people. Specific ones, like "Do ___ to work out ___ part of your body", etc.

You lose flab by cutting, you cannot spot reduce. See the cutting guide at the top off the page.

I'm aware, but that still doesn't answer my previous question about various excersizes... I'm trying to create a routine, but I don't know jack. Since I'm on a forum for help, can someone, ya know, help out?

We don't know how you look like. Basically you prioritize the stuff you are lagging in and do it in the beginning of the workourt. For exercises see the bulking up guide. Keep around 15-20 sets per workout.

a sample workout, standard layout. Something you can start off with and tweak around with.

Mon: legs + abs
Tue
Wed: chest + triceps + delts
thurs:
Fri: Back + biceps + abs
Sat
Sun

Leg:

4 sets Squats
4 sets Stiff leg deadlifts
4 sets standing calves raises
4 sets ab exercise

Chest:

3 sets incline bench press with db or bb
3 sets flat bench press with db or bb
3 set Military presses
3 set lateral raises
3 sets triceps dips <-- if you can manage do close grip bench with reverse grip instead
3 sets skullcrushers

Back:

3-4 sets of Deadlifts
3 set off barbell rows or T-bar rows
2 sets off Pull'downs
2-3 sets of shrugs
4 sets barbell or db curls
4 sets ab exercise

But if you want to loose the flab, then you must cut.
