What to do?

I have this one class with only about 8 people altogether and 6 of the people are upper classmen(I'm a sophmore) and they already know each other so basically know one says anything to me the whole time in class. How can I get them to start filling me in their group?

and another thing: I have trouble relaxing in class, are there any ways to calm down?

Just start a conversation. But i don't know in HS ,upperclassmen yended to avoid inderclassmen sooo.....

Everything is built upon your body language, the facial expression on your face, and how smoothly you can use both of those to communicate with the correct voice tone. I won't flood you with a whole composition, because things have more meaning when you finally figure it out yourself. Just do you and be easy about it. Don't look nervous, don't dart your eyes. Stay focused, keep slow.
