I had made a move on her before but she basically refused me.
I would just walk away, but i've loved this girl for ages and don't want to let her go.

Instead of wasting your valuable time, go out and live life.
Go to parties and nights out with mates.

Also, who knows, in few months time (or sooner) maybe she'll dump this guy and think of you again. But by then, you will be so god damn amazing, that it wont be the case of if she accepts you, but instead if you accept her!
