Ok it's like this. My friend and I started liking a girl and we both went for her. I was really nice and sweet to the girl, which I shouldn't have done. My friend, on the other hand, wasn't as needy as I was and naturally showed his bad side. And of course, any1 would be able to predict the result, the girl likes my friend. However being the bad guy as he was, he said that he would break up with the girl shortly and this girl to me is like someone I don't wanna lose. So do you think after they break up, will I have any chance w/ her if I start being a bad guy?? Thanks 4 ur answer in advance.

Why are you asking for permission. If you want you have a legitimate right to go for it. Friends do pass their women around, that's what friends are for. You don't need to be asking for permission to try it with her.

No no that's not what I meant, of course after they break up she would be available for everyone. What I want to know is should I try to be the bad guy to get her then? Because before I was really sweet and nice to her already and that probably created the impression that I'm a nice guy.
