My dad was sick and I spent all my free time with him. He was my guy, my compadre, my one dude whos smile made my day.
Hes in heaven now for sure. And I've let him go slowly. But now its time to keep up the good family name.

I'm having a hard time "gaming"/" flirting" with girls.
I meet women who are desirable and some lesser ones all the time.
I commute on train, bus, etc.

I'm just not as sharp or quick to make "Convo" on her "earrings" like I used to.
Except I still want them.

If you never do anything you will remain like this for eternity, that usually is enough to scare me into action.

Its all mindframe and continual exposure.

How did you think when you were in your "prime"?

What made you confident?

Find the answers and compare them to how you feel now

I felt fit and more attractive than 95% of my age group.

I felt I had some social and persuasive powers.

I was tackling my industry in the top 3% of it.

I had manly hobbies and chores.

I didn't seek women's approval not ever.

I couldn't screw all females but a good 20% wouldn't give up much resistance.

That's how I felt.

Try not to fall under the "illusion of action", Dispite other comments...If you think you have to DO something, you've lost already.

Just be a Catch!

Have a life, have stuff going on constantly, joke, tease, have fun! Be patient, and things will happen, without YOU doing anything other than being EXCELLENT!!!

First of all, sorry for your loss. Secondly, It takes some time to recover from something like that so I wouldn't be too hard on yourself if you aren't seeing results like you did before. Just keep plowing through it. Maybe take some time off (from everything) to absorb what has happened. You'll get back to prime eventually if you don't quit on yourself

When a boxer gets beaten up in a pro fight they go back to basics. Train the jab the hook etc. For a DJ it's bold approach, kino whenever it fits, your best date routine, brush aside the LMR, bang. If you're doing the basics well don't try and force the knockout it will come.

You've been out of the game for a while and you had a emotional stresss. It,s normal to feel reclusive and afraid of going out there again after what you lived.

I would recommend that you start back from basics.... a few random hi, 1 approach etc... you know small warm-up stuff until you ready to escalate your numbers.

That's what I do to keep the ''game'' warm
