Alright, I been out shopping today, was looking to get some more whey powder, and had difficulty comparing the quality of one sort to another.
I've previously bought based on 1. Price
2. grams of protein per 100g
Yet the bloke on the market stall, when I asked him which one he'd most recommend, showed me this 2.5 kilo tub, £26, 40g of protein per 100g. I was like 'that's a pretty low protein content', (the one I have been using [normal strawberry one from Holland and Barrett] is 75g protein per 100g), he didn't seem to have much of a reason why his was better, so I told him I'd get back to him.
Is there anything you should look for in a whey powder, other than protein content? I have heard summat before about some absorbing into your system quicker than others.
And if so, what exactly should i be looking for?
I'm bulking btw.
