To snoop around. Back in Russia we had police databses. Leaked stuff. Program on your computer, local program, with police records on people and vehicles. Though, it sucks, because it's old. Nothing beats calling an actual cop and asking information you need. For which, I have no contacts here.

How to get into a freaking DMV for an ID or driver license, you know people?

Back in Russia I could call people and not wait inline, come at certain time and get inside and take test. Here, come 4 am be inline behind 80 people in Pembroke Pines.

Real thing is knowing people who you can call and come 8 am, and be out 9 am.
