OK, so I remember one little joke in a movie where there's a blind guy and his friend sitting on a couch and the blind guy has a rubix (sp?) cube, and he will move the block one click and holds it up and the guy next to him says, "no." and they repeat.

So its like *click* "no," *click* "no," *click* "no."

Does ANYONE remember what movie this is from? I thought it was hilarious when I saw it, but I don't remember what it's from.

Is it the one with Gene Wilder (Willy Wonka) and Richard Pryor (black comedian) where one of them is blind and the other is deaf? I can't remember the name but if you search their names on google you'll find it.

The skit your actually thinking of involved a blind man, a deck of cards and a little homeless guy.

The blind guy was trying to do a magic trick (guess the card?) of the homeless guy. He went through the deck holding up card after card saying "is this it" and he would always get a "no" from the homeless guy.

The movie is UHF starring Weird Al Yankovic. Thanks for playing.

HA! That was it! Thank you, ever onward! Now I remember. That came on TV a few weeks ago. Must be it.

Ace of Flames, do you always say stupid things noone wants to hear? Honestly, No one cares if you think the idea isn't funny. I'm sorry your uncle touched you where your bathing suit goes, but don't take it out on the rest of us.

In UHF the homeless man is searching for a rare coin. The blind man has a handfull of change and is showing the homeless man one coin at a time.

Each time he holds up a coin he says "is this it?" to wich the bum replies, "no."

I remember, it was a blind guy and a rubix cube. I don't know where I got the card trick thing but it was definitely UHF.

I do remember the coins but I think that was a different part. (Did they do the gag twice?)

I remember the homeless guy getting the rare coin from RJ Fletcher. He went up to him and said:

"Change....you gotta any Change....Hey mister you got any change?"

Then Fletcher gave him the change and the homeless guy gave him a dollar. Then at the end of the movie, the homeless guy went back to him and said "thanks mister, you gave me a rare quarter and I was able to buy a really neat watch (a rolex)"

Okay you are 100% correct. I just watched that part on DVD and the bum is checking the rubix cube each time.

Now I hope we can sleep at night.

LOL,

I'm glad you have the DVD as it was driving me nut! I could remember it crystal clear except for the fact that it was a rubix cube (I can't believe I thought it was cards)

I wish I had it on DVD,

Dear Santa...

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
