Let's say you are passed the point of introductions and small talk. It is blatantly clear to them that you want to have sex with her. What makes her agree? Generally speaking. She must be getting something out of it, right?

Despite the fact that they get just as much pleasure from it, they still seem to only want to trade it for something tangible. Is this the case? (This mostly pertains to people who are old enough to not be in the college atmosphere or younger).

I know it's not a Lamborghini. But that might help in some cases.

Physical attraction? Comfort building? Respect? Humorous conservation?

This plus an emotional connection. Most (not all) women will only have sex with someone they feel connected to. Getting her to "feel" is a powerful art form. Desire and selection.

Desire, as in, how horny they are, which is typically a product of where they are in their life at the time you meet them. A woman might be down for a ONS after the end of a LTR and would therefor give it up easier than if that same exact woman were at a point in her life where she desires a LTR and something much more meaningful.

Selection, as in, picking a man who meets the needs of her current desire. If a woman is just exiting a dead-end, sexless relationship, she is not going to screen a man for every single possible quality just to satisfy her long, unfulfilled desire to have passionate sex again. A woman in this state will take a man's looks and personality into main consideration and will care less about everything else (including money).
