What's up guys. I have been working out for several months and I am gaining a lot of progress. The problem is that My abs are not getting to where I want them to be. I know it's all about strict dieting and so on. So if you can give me any solutions that would be great. Like what type of foods to eat ect.... I may need to stop the beer drinking for a while as well Also what type of workout should I do for them. I have been doing crunches. And a lot of them.
