What just happened?

So I text this girl I haven't talked to in awhile and ask her to hangout this weekend. She agrees, and I tell her we're going ice skating then to see a movie. She says yes. This is where sh*t hits the fan.

So I tell her we're seeing a scary movie, then she tells me we're seeing this Romance movie. Anyways, she calls me and tells me that we're no longer going ice skating, but going to the movies with like 5 other people I don't even know. I ask her why we're going to the movie with so many other people now, and she says "Is there a problem? You can meet new people."

Should I just tell her I'm not going and just move onto a new girl this weekend, or talk to her about it at school? I'm not in the mood to get ****blocked

Tell her that's not what you expected, and tell it to her straight, that you have no intentions of hanging around in a group scenario. She will either GTFO (Which might be what she intends to do, but no loss for you there.) Or she will respect you more.

Thats a little too much. If you are going to say next to every single girl who doesn't behave exactly as planned you're going to have a hard time, and be a lonely dude. Just tell her something popped up last minute and reschedule.

Well, I decided to give her one more go. I called her and told her I had something come up so I can't hangout with her. She said it was fine and told me that it's her birthday this weekend, that's why she changed plans on me. So I told her we're going to hangout next Satuday since I have track practice Friday. She said that sounds great.

So hopefully things go according to what is planned next weekend. Would you suggest little contact through text, since I don't want to give her too much attention. Or am I just over analyzing because she already agreed?

I would contact her through text at least once between now and then. That's like 10 days from now. If she's a HB she could meet a new guy and hook up between now and then.
