What Im doing now is eating at about 12 wait 3 hours, get whey proteins with water then going to the gym.

The reason of that is because the whey will fuel my muscles while training and will avoid catabolism, Im still trying this new solution and would appreciate any feedback.
I was used to take BCAA and arginine with good result, however being the bcaa syntetic Im unsure about how healthy they are, while arginine gave me a good pump but also small veins in my eyes for few days.

I think it's a great plan. There is a lot of internet debate on when the optimal time is to take protein in the peri-workout period, but I say as long as you get 30-40 grams with an hour before or after lifting you are fine. Doesn't need to be over-thought any more than that.

Is there anything that could be added to the whey in order to make the drink better? I was thinking about fructore, still easy to digest but not as as fast in effect as dextrose.

There have been studies done which show that taking your whey shake immediately before and during your workout is better than post-workout.

Personally I have one scoop pre and one scoop immediately post-workout.

There's so much debate that it really isn't worth thinking about, and to the point that I actually don't want to give my opinion on it.

A lot of big guys just have a carb meal 1hr before training, a small carb meal after training and protein meal about an hour after that.

Personally, right now I just sip on a shake during my workout, between sets and movements.

I pop a few BCAA pills at breakfast and pre-workout, and there's also 12g of BCAA in my shake.

I think the cortisol produced while stressing about when you should take your shake will negate any advantage by taking at the 'optimal' time.

Currently using ON 100% Gold Standard (vanilla).

Check out a supplement called Wazy maize. My trainer loves that stuff, and I really like taking it pre-WO as well. Its probably not a great choice if you're trying to lean down, but its great for bulking. Its a high molecular weight starch that apparently gets into your body/blood right away and is great not only for energy but I feel like it really helps me to get hydrated (provided I drink lots of water). It mixes well.

MY pre-WO work up (in an ideal scenario when I'm not working) is something like this:

1.5 hours pre: 40 g waxy mazie + 40 g whey isolate
1 hour: 750 cc water
30 minutes: Pre-WO shake (usually SuperPump) w/ 2.25 g beta-alanine

Get great pumps with this combo.

Try these:

A Tim Tebow
Cranberry Juice + 1tbsp olive oil + Whey Protein

Grape Bomb
Cran-Grape + 1tbsp olive oil + Whey Protein

Gatoraye
Gatorade (Any flavor but the blue one is best) + 1tbsp olive oil + Whey Protein

CX7
Milk (White or Chocolate) + Whey Protein

Those are some of my homemade one's that I've used for Post-Workout

;)

I use NOXPUMP as a pre-workout, it's got caffeine and geranamine (an adrenaline-releasing stimulant) in it which gets me amped up for the gym. I wouldn't have the stomach for whey before a workout, I'd just hurl all over the gym floor LOL
