Do women like 50 Cent's body size? Or do they like Justin Timberlake's size? What celebrity has the ideal body shape and size that women go crazy for? I need some guidance. I'm 6 foot and 180lbs with a small frame, and I don't know if I should keep gaining weight or start cutting. I'm really confused as to what kind of body most women go for.

If another thread has already been made addressing this issue, please redirect me.

Whatever is normal for your body.

Some guys, look better with less muscle because it looks natural. Some other guys with bigger bones and a bigger frame look better with more.

Whatever looks normal. Chicks like athletic, somewhat muscular but not bulky physiques.

Think soccer player. Good muscle, good definition but not a beast.

Like this guy: http://forum.globaltimes.cn/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=3921&d=1253857743

Or look at basketball players if you've got the lanky body type.

If you are asking if women are attracted to a bulky, weightlighter-type guy...the answer afaik is that it is about 50/50. Half are; half aren't.

Again, don't confuse a weightlifter/powerlifter's physique with that of a bodybuilder. I expect the vast majority of women would find this type of physique very attractive. This, not so much.

I own a gym and have worked as a trainer for quite a few years and have well over 10 years of experience in training of all different forms.

In my experience it really doesn't matter what women are attracted to. Different ones like different things, so you just have to go for what you like and what makes you happy. Like with most things game matters the most, so if you can create attraction for a women you can get her anyway. Being fit and having a good body (whatever that is to YOU) is icing on the cake and just makes it a easier. But a girl isn't going to turn you down because you don't have her ideal body type if you do everything else correct.

Good points about different women liking different forms... My gf for example is a figure competitor and finds soccer player physiques "girly" and "skinny"... She likes fighters like GSP, fitness models and football players. On the other hand many of the women I work with totally dig the soccer player physiques.

I also have over 10 years of training experience, have been a high performance athlete in track and bobsled. I was also a male entertainer for over 3.5 years... I've made tens of thousands of dollars taking my clothes off for women. In my experience I can say that being lean, muscular and athletic is what most women seem to like. In my peak I was sitting around 5'8" - 165... pretty light/small, but most people thought I was 180 to 190. Here's some older pics of me from my dancing days:

The only reason I could even get paid for taking my clothes off is because the average dude on the street looks like shiiite! Its sad, but in today's society even being remotely built will garner you attention. I think I read somewhere that the two universally attractive features are good skin and a good physique. By good physique I think they mean tall, lean and muscular.

Just my 2 cents.

Exactly. You physique in those pictures is about what mine looks like, although I'm about 180lbs. I get a lot of complements, but believe me that it means nothing if you do the wrong things!

The least common denominator for what is attractive for a female is probably as simple as 'look like you live an active lifestyle'. By active, I mean physical exercise through manual labour, or sports.

The most unattractive is definitely the skinny fat look. It has NOTHING going for it. Even fat guys with meaty arms can look impressive in good clothing. Skinny ones usually have visible abs. But the skinny fat look (think small shoulders, weak arms, and a beer belly) is just ugly.

Excess fat is just waiting to be given some shape, comfort you or to be put to use, just like the muscles of the body. As a teacher of belly dance I am still amazed how my body shape changes when I teach or dance. As soon as I bring my imagination to my body my muscles and fat actually align differently they curve, bend, roll and stretch to the music or the instructions I am giving to the students and my body.

I wish I could use my imagination instead of hitting the gym.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

Yep, totally agree.

I will say this though: you reach a point of diminishing returns the bigger you get. I remember listening to an interview with Derek Poundstone, and he was asked if women find his massive size attractive. He just laughed and said "actually quite the opposite. I either scare them, or they just point and say 'ewww!'".

Here's a couple pics of me from about 3.5 months ago. I was about 238 then. Now I'm at 245-246, a little thicker but definitely not leaner!

Anyways, my philosophy is to go with what YOU like for yourself. Keep in mind that will change over time. Right now, I want to be as strong as possible. I LIKE looking like a weightlifter. But who knows, when I get older I may want to drop down in weight and do something else.

Would I attract more girls if I was 205 and shredded? Probably. But it doesnt fvcking matter at the end of the day. Personality matters. Game matters. Being an interesting guy (read: one who likes himself) matters.

Tastes vary a lot with women I think, but generally the V body shape is masculine and nice...
Ideal is healthy, muscular, athletic. Not too muscular though. Although, based on looks alone, I could still fancy someone who is too muscular, or not muscular. But again just on looks, personally, I don't find skinny attractive (the child-like-but-adult-size skinny).

ie:
http://www.getthefacts.health.wa.gov.au/cproot/151/2/Male_Bodytypes.jpg
the left and middle I find attractive, not the right.

http://www.my3q.com/home2/265/behaviouralecologists/image/Male_body_shape.JPG
I find all but A attractive.

http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l61/cookiegirl-1/M5 photoshoots/image142bl9.jpg
like here the only body I find somewhat attractive is the 2nd from left.

I was just looking around google for the perfect body but there are too many! *gets distracted*

Yeah I agree with this, I think overweight guys are definitely more attractive than the 'skinny fat' look.

I was in line to buy some things the other days and saw this People Magazine:

http://tengossip.com/wp-content/upl...beach-bodies-zac-efron-abs-e1276996146865.jpg

I was a bit surprised, because i think i have a better body than him. Then i saw some of the other people they had listed as having best bodies. An example that stuck out to me is The Situation from "Jersey Shore". He was listed - none of his roommates were; and some of them are much more built than him (and when i think about it - i've heard girls talk about how hot The Situation's body is; but never any mention of the rest of his roommates). Most of them have the same size (or more) than him; but the difference is - they are not as ripped as him.

And i can never forget hearing a group of female co-workers (a mix of black and white women) talking about how they could get off just from watching Fight Club because of Brad Pitt (http://www.thesunblog.com/frosting/fightclub.jpg).

I will note that I've heard many women talk about Professional Wrestlers bodies (who tend to be bulkier and ripped). And of course - Vin Diesel seems to be the exception to the "girls like smaller more ripped guys".

The thing i always tell guys talking about they want a "fight club" body is - - - I HAVE ONE (at least when im doing cardio/straight training on a regular bases). Guess what? I still look like a skinny dude with my shirt on. And so do most of the guys i've mentioned in this thread. So, unless you're walking around with your shirt off - it's not going to be nearly as apparent that you're in shape as it would be for a guy who's 180/190+ with muscles.

That's not to say - that once we get to the point where our clothes are hitting that floor - that it doesn't help the woman fight off any last minute resistance. LOL .... Or help me turn on FBs/LTRs by just walking around the house with my shirt off..... In fact, if a woman is giving me a lot of sh!t and i feel like having her shut up - i'll just take my shirt off and smile at her. =)

I think men are more attracted to big bulky men (not in a gay way). I think we see guys like that and think "d@mn he's huge" and it makes us feel small. Probably has a lot to do with instincts and those guys being perceived as best at "hunting/gathering".

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I think you mean men are attracted to a big bulky body. The bigger you make your body, the better your advantage compared to other guys. Competition thing.

But why do women like smaller guys?

Well, as you guess - i have a story (can you tell i file a lot of what info women tell me for future reference?)

A girl was coming over my house a couple years ago. I told her to stop at the liquor store and get a couple of bottles of wine. When she got to my house - she told me a story about a "big, huge" guy with "muscles bursting out of his shirt" who basically tried to pick her up int he liquor store. She said they talked some about where she was going, etc, she said "he told me, 'why's a pretty girl like you buying alcohol for a man? a man should be buying it for you; why don't you drop that guy and come over my house tonight?" (gotta give him credit for the balls)...

I said, "well, why are you here? Why didn't you go with him?"

She laughed and said, "are you crazy? men like that are scary. If i said NO to him about anything - he'd probably just kill me right there"

And i think she was being serious.

^ Not saying that's all women. But that's probably accurate for a Brady Bunch of them.

Different women like different things, and the "ideal" is different for different guys.

For me, I think the most important change since i have put on more muscle mass is that I generally feel a lot more confident with myself in any situation.

Especially since other guys I work with noticed and commented on it to me.

And the increased confidence you get from being able to "handle yourself" better once you get bigger seems to be the main benefit for me in attracting women.
