What is the deal with Mediterranean women or women of that background?

I've been around women of various nationalities and cultures and I have to say, Mediterranean women (Italian in particular) somehow magically bring together the worst of all worlds in their personalities. They seem to bring together that uptight no-fun attitude you'd see in women from overly religious and socially strict cultures like Arabian and Middle Eastern women but at the same time mix it with the narcissism, lack of empathy, and dark triad traits that western women typically get accused of having.

Almost all I have known had that scheming, social ladder climbing, sizing people up, and the whole I could care if someone dies in front of me as I would barely flinch demeanor to them. It's not even women straight out of the Mediterranean either, I am from the Northeast corner of America and despite there being various European ethnic groups, Italian American women (who we unfortunately have a lot of) were significantly different in personality from Irish or Jewish descent women (who we also had a lot of).

Despite being in America for generations you still had the heavy narcissism, social scheming, overall toxic personalities, bad vibes, hunger for drama, and sadistic attitude. I will say overwhelmingly snobby to where they looked down on majority of the human population and had no humanity in them. You also notice a strong dependency on their parents even after a certain age while Irish and Northern Euro descent women were far more independent.

I know they get prided as being wife material throughout male spaces, I do not see that at all. I see women who rival even the worst of western women with their personalities.

Well obviously all women kinda suck nowadays, so there’s not really any girl who is wife material anymore really lol. But it’s just that women who are like that—“scheming, social ladder climbing, sizing people up, and the whole I could care if someone dies in front of me as I would barely flinch demeanor to them” as you put it—it’s all just a facade really. Any woman who is overly stuck up like that is really just insecure inside. It’s a superiority complex to compensate for their own feelings of a lack of self-worth. There’s nothing they want more in this world than to be cradled in some man’s arms feeling loved. Most (young) women want this deep down inside actually. It’s just that they’ve become jaded, much like us here. All you gotta do is either ignore them, or play off their insecurities some other way. Or just be that much more stuck up/arrogant towards them if you really want to stick them, I find that being so confidently and assuredly arrogant towards other arrogant people really destroys their own self-worth sonce they don’t actually feel that way about themselves lol.

I often travel all around europe, when Im stuck in spain or italy I dont even bother to talk to women.

I could accept the fact that their bodies are not usually my preferred type but the fact that they bring senseless drama, mind fvcks while sucking my mental health is a no go.

Anything you do or say (or dont do and dont say) may be understood as an offence plus just like local men and even more than them have a very short circuit in their brain, they really cant control their impulses and emotions.

Most of them would see a hot biscuit coming out of hoven and despite knowing that they will get burned in 2 seconds from holding it, would go to grab it.

I grew up around a fair number of Italians, mostly Italian Americans but also some Italians from Italy. The cultures are both morally self-righteous on the outside but about as dark triad as it gets within, they did invent the concept itself after all. A good bit of it is also because most Italian Americans are Sicilians and Sicily was invaded countless times by various forces, making them less trusting of outsiders and it is one of the things that led to the formation of the mafia. You also factor in that the Italians invented the dark triad concept, making them very much in-tune with power games and human nature.

To this day, Italian Americans have not integrated into American society to the extent that the Irish, Jews, and other Americans did. On the east coast, they commonly get involved in organized crime to this day and are often found in certain ethnic ghettos in places like Jersey.

Now how this carries over on to the women is that Italian women at an early age are taught that all men are out to get them and have sex with them. A lot of their mothers teach them this and their fathers, no matter how strong, are at the mercy of their mom. The men are also taught to be white knights who need to shower women with compliments so the girl herself is used to having her ego inflated by her brothers, cousins, and all men of her culture. When you factor in the high importance of appearances compared to any other European culture, the radical Catholic view towards sex before marriage resulting in a need to be morally self-righteous, Machiavellian view towards life (since he was an Italian) manifesting in a will to play power games, and the slight insecurity about being white; you get the typical Italian American woman.

Italian women are very much in-tune with who is what on a social ladder, very cut-throat, and not as chill as their other European sisters. If you are clearly a guy who is socially above others, you'll notice they come on to you aggressively. If you are irrelevant or socially lower status, you'll be treated worse than a peasant.

In some ways, when the red pill movements describe women, they very well could be referencing to Italian women. One thing I will add is that they are very very insecure and have a touchy ego. Deep down inside, they envy their blonde Northern European or Slavic sisters. The reason is, due to their view of the world, they kind of know they are every man's second option. This is why the worst Italian women you'll meet who are psychopaths down to a tee are often the ones who can pass for Arab or Hispanic, their inferiority complex is on roids.

Only exception to this rule is if she is super-immersed into Anglo culture to the point that she is every bit like a basic white girl, even oblivious to her Italian heritage.

For the typical girl from Italy, especially the south, and especially for your typical Italian girl in the US (usually of Sicilian ancestry), all of what I said applies.

I look like an eastern european mobster according to what Im told, the fact that my hairline is like bruce willis in die hard 3 doesnt help either.

Agree on the italian women but you forget the spanish ones which are as b1tchy and obnoxious as them, northern italian women are usually better most and of all they can keep their emotions in check and not being aggressive for no reason.

I kid you not when Im dealing with german or polish women Im relaxed and happy to interact no matter the situation while dealing with italian or spanish ones I have the same feelings I have while attempting a business negotiation, basically trying to make things smooth to leave asap and not get screwed.

I think something hit home hard on this thread about the envy factor with Mediterranean and Italian women, maybe that explains your experiences @Who Dares Win

What you have is a culture that greatly values appearances, looks, and self-image but then reality does not apply. Mediterranean women might value looking good and being popular moreso than even American women do but when you look at Slavic and Scandinavian women dominating the modeling world without many Mediterranean women in it, you understand where that inner bitterness and hatred they have in their heart comes from.
