I'm afraid I suffer from having absolutely no a$$ whatsoever. Picture Hank Hill...I have his a$$ (or his lack thereof).
I just installed a Bowflex and I'm wondering...what do you experienced guys think is the best exercise(s) for increasing my gluteous minimus?
(PS...I already know free weights are better...I have a joint problem and need the smoothness of the Bowflex).
