THE BIGGEST THINGS I HAVE LEARNED:

-You have to realize that you are the catch. You have to look at every girl you see with the viewpoint that she wants it. The ****y/funny thing isn't something you can pull off if you have no confidence in yourself. Look at yourself in the mirror for a little bit and learn to love for yourself. It sounds weird but believe me, if you learn to love yourself, you will have flocks of followers. Why? In modern societey, the average person does not accept him/herself for awhile. We have this mindset that who we are isnt good enough or "cool" enough. Which leads me to my next point...

-Be yourself. Dont contemplate what youre going to say; embrace your opinions and your passions. Its all about self acceptance. Got an interest? Follow it. Want something? Go get it. If you have ever heard "Go Get It" by T.I., he says "if I want it then I got it, if I dont then all I gotta do is go, get it". People always say that the rap game is complete luck, but is it? T.I. is someone who goes after what he wants, instead of complaining that the odds are against him. Follow this mentality. Want to look better? Work out. Want to get girls? Go after them. 95% of women will NOT go after you (there's that self consciousness I was talking about).

-Dont take yourself too seriously. Enjoy yourself. These techniques are helpful, but stop over analyzing when you should use a certain technique. In other words, stop THINKING and start DOING. I promise you, overanalyzing will just lead you to despair when the outcome is not as expected. Lebron James didnt become "the King" the first time he stepped on the court. He is of course at an advantage in comparison to the average guy due to his extreme athleticism but he became "the King" through practice. Hundreds and hundreds of hours of grinding on the court. The more attractive you are, the bigger advantage you have in the beginning... but these attractive guys did not just start slaying immediately. Spitting game is something that requires a hell of a lot of practice. Anyone can become a pro with practice.

-BE POSITIVE. Have a positive outlook all the time. I have a challenge for you - try to find a positive aspect for everything that happens to you for the next week. By the end of the week, you will be a MUCH happier guy. Having a positive aspect on life is a sign of confidence and confidence is key in everything you do. The abundance mentality for instance, is an example of having a positive aspect on life. "Shes not interested? Oh well, I got to practice my game. Now, I can use my newly improved game on the other billions of females." If I could stress any tip to you, it would be this one.

-DONT BE AFRAID TO DO SOMETHING OUTSIDE OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE. Think that girl is too pretty for you? (NO girl is too pretty for you). Go talk to her. Tease her and enjoy yourself. If youre intimidated by something, challenge that intimidation. Stand up to it. This builds character and makes you more interesting. Always be willing to talk to a new person or try a new thing.

I started practicing my game a few months ago. I am still working on perfecting my game everyday. I am not where I want to be yet, but I am on my way. These tips are just the most helpful points of advice in my opinion. I'm considering doing a FR in order to discuss my game with yall and work on my weakpoints. Much love.

^^^^ Great stuff here. If someone is just getting started, they'd be wise to take these points to heart before getting distracted by some of the overly-academic "techniques" than can also be found here.

Lookin' forward to reading some of those FRs.

Great stuff!

I'm reading a bit of Bruce Lee at the moment and I think some of his thoughts can also be applied to the greater development of man.

Be formless, don't be tied down by method and routine. Take what you can from everything you can. Always try to approach subjects with an open mind and don't dwell upon negativity and defeat.

After a situation, don't concentrate on what you did wrong and replay the situation in your mind. Challenge your thinking, ask yourself this, "What did I do well? What would I do better next time?".

Try and stay positive. If someone or something get's or let's you down, ask yourself, "How can I see this as a blessing?".

wise beyond your age. and know this: once you not only realize this but can make it your mantra and live by it, you are ahead of 95% of the male population. means also for most girls you are the best catch she can ever get.

Ok except: "Be yourself"??????????

A Google search for SoSuave Be Yourself yields this link first:

Why Not "Just Be Yourself"
by Allen Thompson

"Every day I’m emailed tons of tips and articles. Every day I read the 200+ new posts in the SoSuave Discussion Forum. Every day I surf the net looking for the latest, greatest relationship info. Every day I read books and magazines about dating, relationships, and women.

I see it all. The basic. The advanced. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Man, do I see a lot of the ugly!

Undoubtedly, the most common tip I see, whether it’s in an article written by some famous relationship guru, or a post to a discussion group by some 15-year old freshman... is JUST BE YOURSELF..."

Want to know why its such a popular tip? Because its true... Dont pretend to be something you arent, you wont come off as interesting or valuable. I guess, in other words, learn to speak your mind at all with no fear of how people will react.
