I could be way off but to me the blue pill is basically a rootless and rudderless existence of my little pony screensavers and obongo 08 posters. It's a life of toeing the cultural Marxist line of political correctness and eqwaaaality and pretending your neighborhood and country isn't devolving into a 3rd world toilet. Of guffawing at mind numbing PC rapid fire gag "comedy" shows your chosenite handlers have prepared for you as a form of bread and circus escapism from your sh!tty emasculated and cucked life. It's about being a willing provider to a nation of single mothers and other assorted non-producing parasites. It's a life of manufactured hashtag outrage. It's a lifetime of romantic comedies and settling for atomized ,overweight and tatted up slvts who have been taught from birth to mimic men and kill their natural feminine side.
As for the red pill? I think the red pill is simply having the breadth of mind awareness needed to realize what the blue pill is.

As has been said, red pill/blue pill is a metaphor taken from the somewhat overrated (IMO) Matrix movies.
Basically, red pill means you see reality as it really is.
Blue pill means you are living a lie, you believe in an illusion that society, the media, or even yourself indoctrinates you with. It's a delusion, although it may be a more comfortable way of looking at things, at least in the short run.
