yeah i just did, and went to 20 pages, full with symbols with nothing resembled the one above. Also i've been told that might be some Celtic knot, but i've also googled that and seen pictures of all kind of Celtic knot, still nothing.

There's also the chance that it might not mean anything, and it's just a pattern someone came up with (much like some of the japanese word tattoos out there)

It looks like an arrow, definitely not a heart, or it may even just be a light depiction of a dagger...

Where did you find it? Did you snap a picture in a shop?

If you did snap a picture in a shop I'd bet 100,000 to one that somebody just thought it was a cool design in the factory and had it mass produced.

Most symbols have a pagan origin. "New Age" stuff is not new at all; it is actually very old. Some symbols pre-date recorded history.

I think it is a Celtic knot. Notice how similar it is to the pattern on each of the leaves of this shamrock: http://www.spiral.org.uk/acatalog/CDA04.jpg

That web site also says, "Modern tattooists have modified the traditional Celtic designs," which might explain your specific design.

Here's another similar Celtic knot. http://www.spiral.org.uk/acatalog/CDA24.jpg

They are from this web site:
http://www.ancientspiral.com/celticsymbols.htm

"The continuous thread of the Celtic Knot symbolises the continuity of life."

It's gaelic and it means: " He who should be wearing a charm meant for heterosexuals."

I can't believe this is a post . . .
Hey, for all you know he could be trying to impress a girl by knowing what it means.

Yeah I dont want to be accidently wearing something that means bad stuff, or stuff that i dont stand for. I bought it in an accessory shop, just thought it looks ok. Got some wrist-wear there too.

Yeah, nobody's going to find anything, I went over about 200 webpages and 20 different search queries, there is NOTHING there.

Novelty shop, sterling silver, it's definitely not blingbling, it's more street bling:p

Whatever you do, just make up some whack story about it, like tell the girl what it MEANS to you, don't tell her you bought it and it meant nothing, tell her you bought it because it means STRENGTH or something. Just pick a good short quote and say this is what it means:p
