What does this mean?

Say your making plans to hang out with a girl for a certain night... when the times comes you call her up and she doesn't pick up...

However instead she leaves you an IM saying she got the call and she's ready to hang out... Could it be a sign of nervousness on her part?

It could be that she's not a phone person, but it could be any number of other things too.

She might have been busy/left it charging/had it on silent etc.
