Ok so I just told this girl that we should hang out sometime next week b/c I was really sure that she would be interested, but I got a really confusing response that I don't know what to make of. After I said that she was like "well I have a vball camp next week but maybe after that." She didn't give me her number or ask for mine so that would tell me she's not interested. But why would she say "maybe after that" when she could have just said "I have a camp" and left it at that? Does the maybe part pertain to whether or not she wants to hang out or whether or not she has time? Any input you guys have is appreciated.

After the camp, talk to her again and ask her to hang out. You could also have asked for her number before she went to the camp, she probably would have give her number to you.

Saying "maybe after that" means to me she wants to hang out with you after the camp. So after the camp just ask her to hang out with you. But don't ask her the first day after she comes back, wait one or two days.

Hope this helps

Sounds like you're chasing after rotten bait. Chances are the only reason for her saying "maybe after that" is so she felt secure about not coming off as a *****. Women always add in ifs or maybes at the end of rejections just to make themselves feel like they are not stuck up.

Thx for the input guys. I think what I'm gonna do is when she gets back I'll talk to her without asking her out and see if she brings it up. If she doesn't then at least it will make her think about it since she would probably expect me to ask her out again. I figure I'll give it one more try after that and that's it.
