What do you think about this test?

Heard this one on a radio talk show yesterday.

A guy and his woman have been fighting quite frequently lately. However they always seem to make up after they have sex.

His woman tells him she believes that sex is all that's keeping the relationship together.

After sex one day she asks him to pick a number between 1 and 40.

He picks 27. And she says fine thats how many days we're going to go without having sex. All to determine how successful the relationship would be without sex.

It was quite comical listening to some of the AFC callers who voiced their opinions about how they would deal with this test.

How would you deal?

I'd say it depends on how often they currently fight (read "screw"). If it's once every 2 weeks then that aint gonna change by making it a couple of weeks longer.

If it's every day, then the guy should foot down and say either that he agrees, but make it 10 days, or something reasonable.

He could also forget it and go find some other woman on the side during.

I would deal with it like this, "sure" you're on!....

Sex could be used to bring to closer after they have already compromised and communicated after a fight, but it should not be used as the tool to fix or interrupt the fight.

By all means, thats a good test

I find it interesting how SHE was the one to bring up this test. It's easy to tell she's the one who has the control over the sex which I disagree with.

If I was put in that situation, here's how I would respond:

"Okay, pick a number between 1 and 14"
(she picks a number)
"Allright, that's how many days you have to pack up all your 5hit and get the fvck out of this house."

The chick obviously isn't happy and too chicken sh*t to dump the guy so she's stalling and hoping he'll do it.

If you were suave... wouldn't you say something like this.

"Twentysome days huh? Yeah, I think your right sex might be the only thing holding us together however, if we wait longer than 2 days, then, that's all we are gonna be thinking about. Would it not be better to work on our relationship after we cumm together? That seems like where the real problem is."

Women who make these kinds of tests are very controlling. I don't know if you should worry about how to handle the test, or worry about the fact that you are going to be in a power struggle as long as you are in a relationship with her.
