What do you think about this abs-lower back plan

I decided to dedicate two days only for abs and lower back mostly because after normal workouts Im out of energy to hit them properly.

I now train them on tuesday and thursday and right after a little bit of cardio, which I avoid on hard lifting days.

Im doing like this:

-Knee Raises On Parallel Bars 4x20 (knees up till my chest)

-Crunches on ground with legs up 2x40

-Air bike till failure

-later abs on ground lifting legs, dunno the name 2x30

-Hyperextensions 2-3x 20 with dumbbels on my hand and open arms

Im actually getting good results, my upper abs are visible and the lower portion is not yet only because of a small amount of fat Im getting rid off.

Do you agree on those two days for belt muscles only and on the exercises?

I dont see anything wrong with it.
