It looks like the guys game was simple. Work on and pursue doing something exciting. Apparently he had lots of effort in the start of his life. Looks like a decent example that almost anyone could copy. His focus was apparently on self improvement. What exactly are you asking?
The guy is a billionaire who's married to a model. Are you asking if he's doing okay in life? Yeah, I suppose one could do worse.
Which part seems to you to be blue pill? That he followed his passions and that made him a billionaire? Or that he married a woman 35yrs younger than him?Is this a good model to follow or is it blue pill or something like that ?
It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

Raised in rural Texas and made his money in computing in the `90sThis is a classic beta bucks guy. Part of it is related to his upbringing. He was born in 1944 (near the end of The Silent Generation) and raised in rural Texas. He naturally has a blue pill ideology as a result of observing the mating environment of the 1950s-early 1960s.
He has a current wife who is a retired supermodel who was born in 1979.
That's a bold statement. How do you know that? Sure, that's the knee jerk reaction that most have. But how many women who marry at 30 guys of similar age do so out of love? She's only with him for his money.
is that also game ??? if the man can manage it?This isn't game.
This is hypergamy.

this post captures the topic better than the OP does. I have met many elder men that are FULL of game. For example prestige is powerful and also confidence that comes from freedom.Raised in rural Texas and made his money in computing in the `90s

And when the guy has vast wealth, seems he's in a lose lose position, no matter if she's close in age or 35yrs younger, people will say she's with him for his money. For instance, are you positive that Miranda Kerr married Evan Spiegel out of love? Just because they're close in age?
@AmsterdamAssassin mentioned somewhere that some women who are into older men, are into men decades older, not just 5-7 years.
I'll use an analogy.is that also game ??? if the man can manage it?
I would much rather be a billionaire married to a model, than some broke deadbeat spinning five plates - which is what I feel like this forum recommends I be. As soon as people hear a guy is successful and has money, they start looking down their nose at him as being beta. The guy is a billionaire who's married to a model. Are you asking if he's doing okay in life? Yeah, I suppose one could do worse.
yeh, one of the points of the thread.I would much rather be a billionaire married to a model, than some broke deadbeat spinning five plates - which is what I feel like this forum recommends I be. Marrying four times seems a little excessive. But if you're a billionaire, you're pretty much rich enough that you don't even have to worry about getting divorced and taken to the cleaners. You have more money than she could ever clean you out of. If I was a billionaire I wouldn't be concerned about the divorce risk, honestly. I suppose if you get married, it's best to be too broke or too rich to worry about surviving the divorce. He has been married 4 times and divorced 3 times. His 3rd marriage from 1991-2006 had a divorce settlement of $125 million.
getting a phd is not lucky.I would say he has more luck than game.
Having a man we think of as beta, doing alpha things. Confusing. Leading other men, winning..., attracting women. These are alpha trait. So do we see this as a beta pretending to be an alpha or is it something else ?This is a classic beta bucks guy. Part of it is related to his upbringing. He was born in 1944 (near the end of The Silent Generation) and raised in rural Texas. He naturally has a blue pill ideology as a result of observing the mating environment of the 1950s-early 1960s.

He made good money in the early computing scene of the 1980s but his real money was made in mid-life with his involvement in Netscape from 1994-1999 (around his early to mid 50s).
His beta nature didn't hinder him that much, as he got his first wife before he made money. Bill Gates (who is 10 years younger) needed money and Microsoft CEO status to get attention from a mediocre careerist Microsoft employee. Part of why he's been more successful as a beta is height. He is around 6'0"-6'1" as he is slightly taller than his 4th wife who is 5'10".
He has a current wife who is a retired supermodel who was born in 1979. He bought high on her (as she was 30 when they married). She's 45 now and far past her prime, but a 45 year old is a good get for an 80 year old. She's only with him for his money. In the 2000s, she could have married for physical attraction, companionship, and commonality in going through life's phases if she wanted.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say this guy genuinely enjoys his life and enjoys being himself fairly well.I would much rather be a billionaire married to a model, than some broke deadbeat spinning five plates
It feels like you want validation that this is game.getting a phd is not lucky.
after microsoft started to dominate the relevant marked, he was famous for telling that its important for success to keep showing up for the fight.
most winner loose more than once before the effort pays.
You don't think he's clueless? This is his 4th marriage.Plenty of current rich tech guys are so clueless with women they've got to hire companions.
Some guys want the girlfriend experience, maybe he likes the wife experience. You don't think he's clueless? This is his 4th marriage.
