I have been feeling kind of down about my job lately. It doesn't pay much. I'm a vet assistant but an aspiring musician. I actually know that I will be making it in music soon, but for now I just have a decent job. I'm not some big shot wall street guy or an accountant. Do you think it really matters when trying to pick up girls? I do have a nice car, my own apartment, and I live alone though...

Try night cab driving, im a cab driver

plenty of hookups/horny *****es

You gotta be careful though with the sub-25 year olds, your in a position of trust

Lots of cougars/milf ect, they are pretty much fair game and you pretty much dont need to initiate anything. They do everything.

I scored 2 girls at the same by just being a selfish prick, they asked me to park somewhere and come in to the bar with them, I refused at 1st then agreed when they said they would tip me $20 and pay for my drinks lol.

I scored 6 numbers at once with 6 girls while driving a maxi taxi, they passed the phone around and entered their own number. Hooked up with only one of them though.

Had a few good relationships out of it too, even though they only lasted 1-2 months

Nearly scored a headjob from this dirty slut while driving her home, was egged on by her dirty slut friend in the backseat, but she had abit of a mental block since her brother was also in the backseat lol
Still, made out with both of them as I took all their money at the end of the trip, but had to make a quick getaway as the brother became furious.. understandably since I made out with his sistor and probably the girl he was trying to pick up :p

"I save the lives of cute puppies and kitties all day, but I really love creating music."

Damn baby! You should be getting laid three times a night!

one great thing about being a musician is that when you talk about your music and goals of making it in the industry....women can smell the passion you have for it. they can see the fire in your eyes and they want someone who dares to dream. most guys complain about their jobs or school and that just isn't a turn on to most women.

musicians are fun and adventurous and pretty much the life of a party because pulling out the acoustic and everyone singing and drinking rocks. plus at parties it puts all eyes on you because your standing out and women take notice. it takes great confidence to be a musician because somewhere along the lines someone is going to think you suck.

telemarketing was a great job because i was told i sucked on a daily basis and it gives you a hardened shell because not everyone is going to like your music and you have to learn to man up and take it. it doesn't hurt that i worked at alot of blue collar jobs and i got made fun of on a daily basis with comments like" theres the rockstar" people came up to me with their pepsi cans and asked for my autograph and i took it in stride and signed it. i just considered them like hecklers that you will eventually see at your gigs now and again and if you listen to that one person who wants to ruin it for you then you should consider another career.

music is a hard road but those who keep going no matter how tough things get, bills, evictions, hangovers, women, not getting signed, low crowds, etc you will get to where you want to go. because millions of dollars are reserved for risktakers...
