Went to get some fish from the market this afternoon. Saw a girl I liked working there, i ordered my stuff and she was smiling a lot too me and looking me deep intoo my eyes and tryin to be as gentle as she could. I found her attractive so smiled to her and tried to seduce without talking haha. The problem,, she was working and all her colleagues and boss were next too her. Ate my meal with a kid i was with and left. Found out that the only way to get a date with her is too write my number on a piece of paper so i did it lol. Wrote my number and the exact text: '' Call me we should drink something together this week. ''. Went to the fish store again lol, ordered another fish and handed the paper with the money. She smiled and was confused coz she was like 10 seconds thinking about howmuch change she had to give back. I smiled again did the little thing like put it in your pockets and left. guys what do u think ? I might do this another time in the same situation. She didnt call yet, but it happened this afternoon so its still early.

Aint this a little creepy, if you didnt actually talk to her but gave her the old distant crazy eyes. In my experience if you stare at a woman and never step up, they write you off as a ball-less *****.

Overall though, i respect the move, you was aware of the situation and atleast made an effort.

I did something similar once...wrote a tic tac toe board on a napkin and put my x in the middle. Wrote "Your move" on the napkin and had my waitress take it over. It came back with a number on it...soooo im 1 for 1, but its hard to build anything and move forward in this scenario.

I just would have said "Hi, i think your cute. Im on break from work, so i have to get back, but put your number in my phone and we ll hangout sometime". Body language is going to have to be impeccable. All in all....not very successful of a scenario(short amount of time)

Good luck, but don't hold your breath.

Chicks don't usually call guys first, even when they have a decent interest level.

Here's the scenario they prefer from their point of view:

1) Show up with vagina in tow
2) Put self on display
3) Wait for man to appear
4) At most use something subtle to display initial interest, like eye contact or smile
5) Assume man worth his salt will step up and lead the interaction
6) Give number to guy if he asks but only after passing a sh!t-test or two
7) Wait for him to call and he better have plans set up already
8) Rinse and repeat 10 minutes, hour, day, week later
9) Consider all guys who've made an offer like sushi on a conveyor belt, pick and choose at leisure.
10) With all this attention and choice, why ever calling a guy first?

If you do try to give your number to a girl again in such a situation (i.e., hard to ask for her number / ask her out in front of co-workers while she's working), write something like this by your number: Text me your number and I'll get back in touch with something fun for us to do."

The problem with just giving your number and leaving it at that is that it makes her do more work than she's used to doing and expects in a normal male-female interaction. Just giving her your number says to her, "What am I supposed to do, call this stranger up out of the blue and ask him out??? That's scary and strange and not the way it is supposed to work!!"

So, make her work, at first, just a little with very low investment and she MIGHT contact you. "Hey, its Gina from the fishmarket. Here's my number."

Usually, a girl will contact you if she has HIGH interest, and this is something next to impossible to pull off in just a few minutes with a few bits of eye contact in the middle of her work shift.

I was drunk the other night and did this with a hot bar maid because i didn't want to verbalize it in front of all of her co-workers and manager who were standing around.....she took it and acted like she was going to take out some trash closing time and threw it in the trash as she clinched the bag in front of me....yeah, very low chance she calls back...mine did come off as creepy i realized when i sobered up...
