Preferably something with a low glycemic index. That would include your whole grain cereals but of course their index is lower you drop the sweetners (both sugar and raisins). The best are fall into the categories of oatmeal, bran cereals, and muesli.

Assuming I don't need to go grocery shopping: plain rolled oats, some plain muesli (check the fat and sugar content first), cold soy milk, half an apple, half an orange, two glasses of water. Oh yeah and I chop the banana up with the cereal.

Cookie Crisp all the way, baby. Because the way I see it, what the hell is the point of being healthy and living longer if you have to give up the things you enjoy in order to do so?

None, most cereal today (at least in europe) is just filled with sugar and carbohydrates from corn.

He was making a point hardass. Jesus-thefvckbastard-Christ, don't take sh!t so literal.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

I skip the cereal. On the off chance that I eat breakfast (yes, I know, I really should, I need to work on that) I generally take about 6 egg whites, one whole egg, a couple pieces of toast with some peanut butter, a protein shake and then take a bottle of gatorade for my early morning drink. I sip the gatorade, so as not to have the "overkill" effect on my stomach, and to prevent it from slowing down my digestions.

I gave up on cereals about a year ago. I eat oatmeal 5 days a week, and turkey bacon and eggs on the weekend.

Captain Crunch, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Reese's Puffs are some of my favorites. The gf likes Froot Loops. But, make sure you don't get the name brand stuff, like Kelloggs, which usually runs you about $2 extra. I get the big bags that look like dog food.

If I'm not eating cereal, I eat pork bacon and butter drenched eggs. Then I fry up hash browns in the grease. I run 2 miles 3 times a week. Fukk healthy eating.

I know this is absolutely insane, but I know an old Norweigian dude who basically did the same thing. He eats bacon daily, but he's skinny as hell because he works in construction. Oh yeah, he's a drunk too.

I haven't seen him in a while thought. Maybe he cacked.

I'm glad some people got what I was saying. :D

I suppose it was my slightly tounge in cheek way of saying that I'll do plenty of things that I enjoy even if it's unhealthy because I don't really care about living to be 90 if I'm not doing things I love all the way to that age. And yes, eating whatever cereal I want is part of that, even if it's just a small part.

Shredded Wheat.

Not the frosted ****, either. 100% whole grain shredded wheat.

I use to think shredded wheat was one of the best but since it's highly processed it ranks as a medium on the glycemic scale giving your insulin production a jolt. It's definitely better than any of the frosted cerials but it won't help you loose weight like others that don't boost your blood glucose level.

Create self-fulfilling prophecies. Always assume the positive. Assume she likes you. Assume she wants to talk to you. Assume she wants to go out with you. When you think positive, positive things happen.
