I have joined the no-milk crusade so I am no longer going to be drinking milk after I finish my last gallon. Does anybody know any other beverages that have a nice amount of protein so I don't have to mix whey protein into my drinks?

Milk is the only drink with protein, and whey is a dairy product as well. The closest thing you can get to a protein drink otherwise is raw eggs.

Just like California Love said...You're gonna have to drink protein shakes if you want to get your protein from drinks and want avoid drinking milk (would probably be kinda hard to get it all just from food). If you do this and drank lots of milk before you will probably to eat some more to get enough calories to bulk. I once tried to replace milk by drinking protein shakes but didnt see any results anymore, because I was consuming way too few calories all of a sudden.

Wait a minute. Milk ?! Does it give of enough proteines for real ?

Why didn't anyone tell me that before arh ? How many glasses would you suggest every euh .. two hours or so ?

Please give some extra info, this is some good news.

So far I try to mix Yoghurt, Cheese, chicken, eggs, meat between meals. But never thought of milk being a good source.

Thank you

Skim milk has 8 grams of protein per serving (one cup), no fat. Drink alot of it if you are trying to get big, replace soda with milk...
