i dont think surpassing 190lbs on a 5'10 or smaller frame will look aesthetically pleasing even at low body fat. i think its also best to target a body fat level which is healthy/easier to maintain which also shows adequate definition then a lower body fat which is harder to maintain and unhealthier.

Height: 5'10"
Weight 180 lbs ( can me more can be less due to water intake and loss)

Goal:

Weight: Maybe a bit over 200 lbs.

I want to add more power and speed to my game, but there is a vertain point where a guy my height will be hindered by extra mass. At this point, I will continue to lift to maintain size but gain strength.

since I am such a slow gainer, I have not given this much thought.

I really dont care what weight I am. It's the feeling I get from the gym, and the ever increasing, skin stretching, muscle bulging pump that gets better with the increased amounts of muscle on me. I'm only 18, it wouldnt suprise me if I end up in the 210's.

I dont know about anyone else, but I dont think I'll ever be happy with how I look. I'll always want a bigger chest and bigger lats. When they look huge, I need bigger guns, and then need huge traps and hams to go with it. It's a never ending cycle, and I wouldnt want it any other way.

Its a small goal, but I cant go over 170 lbs because I polevault and thats the biggest pole they have, 170 lbs.

Once I hit 170 I will start doing higher reps with the weight I have reached on my lifts :)

Weight: 118 lbs
Height: 5'7
B/f% = 8%

Now

Weight: 162 lbs
Height 5'7
B/f% = less than 10%

Goal

Weight: 165 lbs
Height: 5'7
B/f% = 8%

So basically, my goal is to gain 3 more pounds and lose 2% b/f. This should be easy and will take like a month. Lol. I'm almost there. :)

Hey pros, I'm a noob at this still and I've basically cut a lot (used to be 180 lbs, 5'8" :( )

Anyways, can someone give me some realistic goals? Thanks. I'm looking for that lean strong look, as opposed to the bodybuilder look with like 30" biceps.

I'm 22, 6-3, 190 lbs. Body Fat is really low, between 6-8%. How do you do the measurements? Do you flex?

;) I don't think body builders do have 30" arms lol.. maybe 20+ but not that big...

I dunno all I can suggest is workout your arms at least once a week.

Do curls of some sort for your biceps.

and bench press & dips for your Triceps.

keep sets of reps of 6 - 8 usually work best

Eat plenty of protein and carbs

When you measure your biceps you measure them flexed ..but cold (i.e not straight away a workout when they are pumped)
