Your upper and lower bicep? Mexi...you do know that your bicep is split into two muscles that are NEXT to eachother, not above and below...

Do you mean your forearm?

@ Lonesilver,

Measurements mean nothing, trust me. You can be fat and have 18" arms for all the wrong reasons. Let ask you this; I'm 5 7" and have 15" arms flexed now my bodyfat is somewhere between 9-14%(You can see mild seperation between my muscles). I know someone who is my height but has 15" at 15-20% bf area(No muscle seperation rather big bumps),who's would you have? Bodyfat means more then measurements. The more cut you are the bigger you look.

blinkwatt you hit on a good point and really the reason for my question.

I have been for the past 6 months or so off and on really been working my arms and triceps and pumped are now 15 but cold are 14 in a half now and I believe are proprotional to my height and weight where if I put a muscle shirt on you can tell I have been lifting and I feel pretty good about it. Now this friend of mine I asked him to measure his arm and he tells me it's 15 and the sucker has never lifted a weight in 4 years. But he is fat where I am mostly toned on my upper body but still working on my mid section and trying to attain the V shape which I am pretty close.

So there you have it and my chest size cold flexed is 45 and all I do for my chest is weighted push ups.

Chest measurements also take back and lat size into account.

If you want to up that just for the numbers sake, pull ups will help.

my forearms are HUGE , they are my best feature

i know biceps are split in 2 muscles, but i was just trying to explain, but yeah the lower part of my bicep is pretty small

so here is how i look, i have HUGE forearms then it goes small lower bicep then it increases in a decent size and i have decent triceps and big shoulders

i dont know if you get the idea??

what i want is to have my biceps to look the same , not in some part bigger than the other,

At your height Mex your arms properly look massive cause most people don't see themselves as others see them but I believe reverse curls will hit the lower bicep if I am not mistaken and you don't need a lot of weight either.

There is no "lower" bicep guys...

The biceps, as most people know them, are called the biceps brachii. This is the big "hunk" of muscle on the front of your arm.

Now, if you flex your bicep, like you were doing a concentration curl, then might be able to feel a little bulge on the side of your arm, closer to your elbow. This is the Brachialis. Now, I personally don't think thats part of the actual bicep. It's a supporting muscle, still, it's not your "lower bicep". That doesn't exists.

Eh just look it up for yourself.

All biceps look bigger in one part due to the fact that they "peak". Contract any muscle; quads, hamstrings, forearms etc and you will get a peak. As far as I know, it takes some sort of genetic DISORDER for your biceps to look like blocks. You will have one part bigger than the other.

He might mean the bicep tendon when he says "lower bicep". I'd kill to have a shorter tendon, I have an inch or two gap between the end of my bicep and my forearm. I'm underweight so hopefully getting to normal will make it better.

I don't think there are any advantages to having a longer tendon. A short tendon allows for a bigger muscle. If you keep getting bigger it'll start to look better. Maybe we can find a doctor to cut yours off and give it to me.
