OK here is me:
6' ~150+ lbs.:crackup:
i still manage to have man breasts (what i consider man breasts at least) and a flabby gut (AGAIn, imo)
I started working out a little over a month ago, on a routine.
When I work my chest, I do smith bench presses and that's it. I also put a knee on the bench squat over and pull up dumbells duno what that's called, but i do that. i do dips, tris on a machine, tris on a cable pull. for traps i do that heavy weight little movement thing. for bi's i do machine curls, but i'm moving onto dumbells soon. back i do flys, back press (soon enough), and i do rows( tris too?). i think that's about it, i got it broken up into 3 days, bis/tris, chest, and the other day i just kinda do my own thing lol. oh ya and i do calf press every other day and leg press like 2-3 times a week. can someone sort out my routine into an actual routine and add/subtract things? oh ya and i'm not taking any kind of whey protein, flax oil, creatine, or anything like that. can i get some recomendations? i wanna start off slow and add all this stuff, not all at once cuz it's too much lol. so can someone set me up gradually plz? thank a lot! greatly appreciated :
