If you live in a major city, it is expensive, I've been to my fair share and it does cost a lot.

It allows franchise and restaurant owners to get away with paying waiters and waitresses absurdly low wages, legally, while maximizing profits. Why is anything in America the way it is? To squeeze as much as profit from people as possible.

2) Taxi ride to Fenway Park plus tip - $25.

5) Two Baseball caps - $60.
6) Two Bud Light bottles at Fenway plus $3 tip - $21.

8) Large Pepperoni Pizza (and water to drink) plus 20% tip at Pizzeria Regina - $25. (Best value).

12) Half bottle of wine from hotel - $22.

As you can see, $20 buys NOTHING. Except maybe coffee and a donut, or a tip for a homeless veteran. And yet some of you actually pretend you spend $20 for a whole date? Not one she'll remember.

to be honest i dont see anything wrong with what neil is doing. if i remember correctly, neil is making tens of thousands of dollars per month, this is nothing for him. money is an asset/attribute and it lets neil get what he wants, which is young strippers in their 20s. if neil was a guy making a low wage and spending all his money on extravagant dates that he cant afford, or a sucker who didnt realize he was being used for his cash then i would say there is a problem, but this is chump change for a guy making what neil said he makes, and this is how he enjoys spending his time and money. i dont really see anything wrong with it.

this guy has been pushing beta bux since he started posting at this site. hes making the age old mistake of trying to negotiate a womans desire. you cannot negotiate true desire. you see, its his motivations. in essence he is trying to buy female desire and trying to justify it at every turn.

if a guy makes bank, and can treat a girl hes only just getting to know to a 3 course meal without it putting a dent in his economy, great. but its still conveying the same message no matter how little it affects him or how little he cares. hes subcommunicating to that girl that the best thing about him is his ability to provide and that hes trying to buy her love and seuxality. which doesnt sound so terrible but its the same as a ugly older woman that would make a great wife. sure, its something most guys can appreciate but without the beauty and sexual appeal there is much to be desired.

the alternative here would have been to spend a reasonable amount of money for this date without going above and beyond just to prove a (incorrect)point to her and the residents of SS. watch the game buy a couple of franks and beers and that wouldve been it for me. if i really wanted a cap i woulda bought one for myself. who buys caps at the game anyway?
