My chest, arms, hands, and ABS feel like ****! That was awesome! The local YMCA in wichita got a 45ft tall x 38ft wide wall. I decided i'd give it a try. Took me 26 mins to climb to the top on the "Intermediate" area of it. (out of: Beginner, Basic, Intermediate, Expert) I had to let go once cuz i was stuck, but damn! I'd suggest this to anyone who wants full body workout. I'm REALLY surprised at how sore my abs are. I have great abs already, but pinning yourself to an incline for half and hour does wonders. This wall is not flat either, it's multifaceted. It's great,

I'm add this to my weekly workout, it's a blast:

Mon: Bi's/Tri's (Curls, Dips, deadlifts)
Wed: Chest, Shoulders (press, flys, shrugs, deadlifts)
Fri: "the wall"

yeah climbing kicks ass. ive got a rock gym about 30 minutes away. i go when i have the money. its so fun. what gets me is my forearms, the underside. try some real rock, adds alittle bit to it when your 400 feet above the ground

walls, rocks, all that stuff kicks ass. I love climbing, not only is it a workout but it's one of the most fun activities there are. This would also be a great first date if your target is decently athletic.

Nearest mountains to me are a whole state away. :( But definitely do this if you want bigger forearms, that's what was hit the hardest.
